This Privacy Policy explains what information the Anand Sai Mandir app
(Android package com.srianandsai.app) collects, how it is used, and the
choices you have. The app is published by Anand Sai Mandir (“the mandir”,
“we”, “us”), a temple community, and lets you listen to our in-house
devotional songs (“Sai Geeta”), keep favourites and playlists, track your
listening progress, and open the mandir's Live Darshan on YouTube.
Signing in is optional. You can use the app as a guest without an account. As a guest, your favourites, playlists, and listening progress stay only on your device and are not sent to us. Signing in only adds cloud sync so those choices follow you across devices.
If you choose to sign in, you can do so with Google Sign-In or with an email one-time code (OTP). Sign-in is handled through Supabase, our authentication provider. When you sign in we collect and store:

This data is stored in a hosted Supabase (Postgres) database and protected by row-level security, meaning only your own account can read your own rows.
To understand how the app is used and to fix problems, we use Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics:
We do not collect the Advertising ID — it is explicitly disabled — and the app does no ad personalisation and no ad tracking. We show no advertising.
Songs stream from Cloudflare R2 storage through an authenticated Cloudflare Worker. To deliver this content, standard server and network logs (such as your IP address) may be processed by Cloudflare on our behalf. Audio you download for offline listening is stored encrypted on your device.
Tapping Live Darshan opens the mandir's channel in YouTube (a separate app or website). The app embeds and hosts no video, and shares no personal data with YouTube beyond the normal act of opening a link. Once you are on YouTube, Google's own privacy policy applies.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for advertising. We share data only with the infrastructure providers (sub-processors) needed to run the app:
Your data is encrypted in transit.
This is a general-audience devotional app. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us data, please contact us and we will remove it.
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time, directly in the app: go to Settings → Account → Delete account. This permanently removes your account and all of your favourites, playlists, and listening progress. This action cannot be undone.
If you can no longer open the app, you can email us at bhishmauberoi@yahoo.com to request deletion of your account and data.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. The fastest way to delete your data is in-app as described above; for anything else, contact us and we will respond.
